Chinese EV maker Byton started preproduction of its M-Byte SUV which will be sold in the USA. Byton chooses Amazon as its home charger partner. VW pushing ahead with ID.3 launch in Europe despite questions over software. No word on change of timeline for ID.4 in the USA. Ford has a “better idea” and trademarks the name “Fastor Charge” for its own EV charging network.
